Abstract




This commentary comprises three parts. The first part refers to general and formal issues. The second part focuses in the analysis of chapters I to III of the work and the third part is subdivided in several sections exclusively referred to the study of chapter IV. On the other hand, chapter V shall not be addressed autonomously but shall be done piecemeal as long as what is explained refers to what is already explained in preceding chapters. Finally, some conclusions shall be presented.
